yeah, unless you're in the pit at the Bowl, the seats all quickly become about the same, regardless of price. i kinda hate the Bowl...although, on the flipside, it's such a lovely venue that even if you can't see the band, it's a nice evening out.

there is a KROQ presale on Friday, but the ticket limit is 2. laaaame.

ah well. i'll see the best i can get, you can't really stress over it.

/i want to see flight of the conchords at the orpheum too! and those go on sale friday (presale tomorrow). i'm going to be extremely, extremely poor.

yeah i'm gonna try for the conchord tickets too. Laughing

those were the two things i needed to buy and that was going to be the only fun money i spend until after coachella.

yeah, I'd like to. i don't really want to see them at the venue they are playing here, so I figured LA was a better option. I wish they were playing the same size venues they did on their last tour. Oh well.

WHAT. THE. FUCK??????

so..i got on at 12:08, and the first show was sold out. so they've added a second show. it says it wasn't on sale yet. then, i just clicked back and the second show tix are on sale...but also sold out (at 12:27)???

how is this possible???

ticketmaster are such fucking assholes. and i know it's the way tickets are being handled. i'm so pissed off.

/it's only compounded by the fact when i went to look at the radiohead presale on ticketmaster, it said it was sold out and directed me to their partners ticketsnow (scalpers) for tickets 5x face...and they're not even on general sale yet!! i was so annoyed, i wrote a letter to bob lefsetz.

/i had an incident with ticketweb recently and it turns out they're owned by ticketmaster Rolling Eyes that totally makes sense.

that does suck. i actually went on exactly at 12 and managed to get a pair in the back of the orchestra section and i had no idea that they were adding a second show.

ticketmaster definitely blows. i hate them. i even stopped going to a lot of things unless i REALLLLLLLLLLLLY wanted to see them because i got tired of paying ticketmaster a percentage of my paycheck. i mostly go to shows at the troubadour where i can fax an order with a $2 fee for each ticket or somewhere like the hotel cafe where i can just roll up and pay to go in.

I got tickets for both nights in LA. I am not sure whether I'll go to both or what. I didn't get the greatest seats, but that's alright. Are you going dani?
