Here are\u00a0Buddy<\/a>\u2018s\u00a0<\/strong>favorite records of the year. Buddy was the subject of our first ever post<\/a> here at Sound it Out and he\u2019s one of our favorite humans.<\/p>\n

His musings on 2014:<\/p>\n

I\u2019m never usually one to wish a calendar year to end, but I\u2019m looking forward to a fresh year. \u00a0I liken 2014 to a Marmaduke cartoon: He\u2019s smoking a pipe, wearing a robe and slippers, and sitting in a fancy leather chair. A human walks in and says \u201cBut Marmaduke, those are PEOPLE slippers!\u201d. The cartoon is terrible, but it\u2019s actually somehow WAY funnier than the Family Circus cartoon directly next to it. 2014 was was a Marmaduke year: \u00a0It wasn\u2019t amazing but it certainly wasn\u2019t Family Circus bad. Here\u2019s to 2015 being one of the better Far Side\u2019s.<\/p>\n
